We start by getting to know your business and your goals. From there, we conduct research and analysis to determine the most effective holistic marketing channels and tactics for your specific needs. We then create a customized strategy and work closely with you to implement and refine it over time.
We do want happy customers. If within 15 days of purchase you have a concern email us asap.
Our policy is no refunds. Due to the course material being ready and available upon purchase except our 1-year group coaching programs, there are no refunds. If this does not resonate with you, kindly do not purchase our product. I'm sure you can find other options.
We do understand that things and life happens. We expect full commitment of the agreement to be made and full payment of the program. IF after a season of time has passed and you select not to continue, yes full payment of the course if fully expected due to you signing an agreement when you started the coaching agreement.
